Will you edit my insecurities?
Yes. I never want you to feel like your concerns are ignored. While I believe in celebrating your natural beauty, I also know how discouraging it can feel when insecurities you shared upfront are left unaddressed. I want you to feel like a superstar when you see your gallery. That might mean softening skin, removing blemishes, or tucking away little things like back lines or flyaway hairs. My goal is for you to still look like you - just the best, most confident version of yourself.
Do you give Raw Undedited Photos?
Nope. The editing process is half the magic! RAW files are unfinished and don’t reflect the final style of my work. I put a lot of care into editing so your gallery is cohesive, polished, and truly represents my vision. You’ll always receive fully edited, high-resolution images that you can download, print, and share.
How many photos will I get?
I don’t set a strict number - instead, I take as many photos as I can within your booked timeframe. My goal is to deliver a gallery full of variety, quality, and all the best moments from your session, not limit you to a number. Just keep in mind, i am an over-shooter, so you will most likely end up with more photos rather than less!
How long will it take to get my photos back?
Turnaround time is typically 1 week for portrait sessions. I take the time to carefully edit each image so you receive a gallery you’ll love. For larger sessions, turnaround is usually 2-3 weeks. sneak peek deliveries typically happen within 48 hours of your shoot.
What should I wear to my session?
Wear something that feels comfortable and confident. Neutrals and softer tones tend to photograph beautifully, and coordinating (but not matching) with family or partners looks amazing. I’m happy to give styling guidance or peek at outfit ideas before your session if you’d like!
Do you help with posing?
Absolutely! I’ll guide you through natural prompts and poses so you never feel awkward. My goal is to capture a mix of candid moments and posed portraits that feel authentic to you.
What happens if it rains or I need to reschedule?
Life happens! If weather isn’t cooperating or you need to reschedule, we’ll find the next available date that works. I’ll always do my best to be flexible.
Can I bring my dog/kids/partner to the shoot?
Yes, yes, and yes! I love including the whole family - furry friends too. Just let me know ahead of time so I can plan accordingly. additionally, if your shoot includes children, their names will be included in a minor release section of your contract so that they are protected as well.
Where will the session take place?
I shoot at outdoor locations with beautiful natural light or spots that are meaningful to you. For minis, I usually pick a pre-selected location. Full sessions can be customized to fit your vibe.
Do you offer prints or albums?
Right now I provide a full-resolution digital gallery that you can download and print anywhere. As my business grows, I’ll be adding print and album options too.
Do you photograph events or weddings?
At this time, I don’t take on events or weddings. My heart right now is focused on portrait sessions where I can give my full attention to detail and editing. I want to continue growing in my art before stepping into events that carry such once-in-a-lifetime moments. When I do offer them in the future, I want to be sure I can deliver an experience (and gallery) that exceeds expectations.
Will I receive a contract?
Yes! Every session includes a contract - even if it’s a free model call or an exchange of services. This protects both of us by clearly outlining expectations and ensuring we’re on the same page. Your contract must be signed and returned before the shoot can take place.
Will I be required to pay a deposit? Is it non-refundable?
Yes, a deposit is required to secure your session. The deposit amount varies depending on the service you book. All deposits are non-refundable, as they reserve your time on my calendar and prevent me from booking other clients during that slot.
