Refund Policy

1. Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable, as they secure your session date and prevent me from booking other clients during that time.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel, your deposit will not be refunded.
If you reschedule with reasonable notice (48 hours prior to your session date), your deposit may be applied to a new session date (subject to availability).

3. Completed Services

Once a session has taken place and images are delivered, no refunds will be issued.
I do, however, strive for client satisfaction. If you have concerns about your final gallery, please contact me within 7 days of delivery so we can discuss options.

4. Model Calls & Complimentary Sessions

For model call or complimentary sessions, no payment is required. However, the same policies apply regarding rescheduling and expectations.

5. Exceptions

In rare cases of emergencies on my end (illness, equipment failure, or unforeseen events preventing me from fulfilling your session), clients will be offered a reschedule or a full refund, including deposit.
